late night wanderings

this is my new character, min. she's chinese
buttttttttt i think she lives in some place in united kingdom... still not sure....
this would be a summer night btw!! and she's just wandering alone because she likes solitary walks and city lights at night.
iiii still dont have much information about this character but i bELievE she's an immigrant and doesnt have much money hmmmm now about her personality, she's not a righteous one, but she's smart and cunning. she's quite calm and not too friendly.
